Normele Uniunii Europene (UE) golesc buzunarele credincioşilor, cu frică de autorităţi, cånd vine vorba despre înmormåntări. Potrivit acestor norme, aplicate, într-o mai mică sau într-o mai mare măsură, începånd cu 1 ianuarie
2007, mortul nu mai poate fi ţinut şi jelit în casă, ci la capelă. Niciun reprezentant al autorităţilor nu ştie, din păcate, să răspundă la întrebarea: „Ce sancţiuni riscă familiile care nu respectă această normă UE?“. Dar este îndeajuns ca aparţinătorii decedatului să audă din stånga sau din dreapta de „obligativitatea“ de a-l depune pe cel drag, trecut pe lumea cealaltă, la capelă pentru ca să se supună imediat, în primul rånd din teama de a nu fi amendaţi. Există patroni de servicii funerare care afirmă cu fermitate: „Da, trebuie respectate aceste norme UE. Mortul poate fi depus fie la capelele bisericilor, fie la capelele cimitirelor!“. Se mai găsesc şi patroni de servicii funerare care le spun aparţinătorilor creştinului trecut în lumea celor drepţi că „în ţara noastră nu există nicio lege, nicio directivă prin care să fi obligat să depui mortul la capelă. Nu s-a adoptat, deocamdată, nimic. Cine v-a zis aşa ceva a vrut să profite, căci preţurile sunt destul de mari“. Şi aşa este! Preţurile sunt mari. „Sediul firmei noastre de servicii funerare se află în curtea unei biserici, aceasta avånd în curte şi capelă. Aici costă 50 de lei pe noapte. În general, preţurile sunt între 80 şi 100 de lei pe noapte. Apropiaţii mortului, avånd în vedere că respectiva capelă se află în curtea bisericii ce are bunuri, nu au voie să stea la priveghi. Dar, punem noi o vorbă bună la administraţia bisericii şi, pe baza buletinului de identitate, puteţi sta şi peste noapte. Cåt despre preţurile pentru capelele din incinta cimitirelor municipalităţii, acestea sunt tot de 50-80 de lei pe noapte. La Ghencea II este 80 de lei pe noapte“, ne-a spus patronul unei firme de servicii funerare. Un alt patron de firme funerare ne-a spus că, „în sectorul 3, există biserici care, pentru ţinerea în capelă a mortului, percep şi 150 de lei pe noapte. Numai că, în acest caz, aparţinătorii pot sta la priveghi fără probleme“. Cåt despre cimitirele municipalităţii, patronate de Administraţia Cimitirelor şi Crematoriilor Umane (ACCU), 99% dintre acestea au capele, după cum a declarat directorul adjunct Marian Tudor. „Un singur cimitir al ACCU nu are capelă, dar o vom construi anul viitor. Noi percepem o taxă fixă de 50 de lei, indiferent dacă cel decedat este depus la capelă pentru una, două sau trei zile. Apropiaţii celui depus la capelă nu pot sta aici peste noapte. Noi am construit aceste capele pe baza unei hotăråri a Consiliului General al Municipiului Bucureşti şi cred că s-a ţinut cont şi de normele UE. Nu vă pot spune, însă, dacă este obligatoriu ca aparţinătorii celui decedat să-l depună pe acesta la capelă“, a precizat, pentru „Curentul“, Marian Tudor. Există, însă, şi primării care nu s-au preocupat deloc de construirea de capele mortuare, cum este cazul oraşelor bistriţene Beclean şi Sångeorz-Băi. Pe de altă parte, un preot care a dorit să-şi păstreze anonimatul a explicat pentru „Curentul“ că „asemenea norme UE contravin tradiţiei poporului nostru. Românii ţin şi jelesc mortul în casă timp de trei zile.
